- There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/Instagram account. Multiple entries or entries that are late, incomplete, or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted.

- The winner will be contacted by the Promoter by Instagram direct message from the @curel_japanese_skincare Instagram account within two (2) days of the Prize Draw. The winner must respond to the Promoter within five (5) days of notification to confirm acceptance of their prize and provide the requested information to the Promoter in order to enable fulfilment and delivery of the prize. All entrants should ensure their Instagram account settings allow them to receive direct messages from the Promoter.
- It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure the details it provides to the Promoter in connection with the Prize Draw are complete and accurate. The prizes could take up to four (4) weeks to be delivered following acceptance and it is the winner’s responsibility to sign for any couriered prize. The Promoter and Promotional Partner accept no liability for prizes lost in transit, misplaced, delayed or otherwise.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify winner(s) and ask for proof of identity, age and address and to withdraw prize entitlement where such information cannot be provided or is unable to be verified.
- Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the prize description.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
- The Promoter does not take any responsibility for ineligible or incomplete entries (whether due to failure or non-availability of www.instagram.com or any other reason) and any ineligible or incomplete entries will not be considered valid.
- The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner for the Prize Draw in the event that the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these terms, the winner does not claim their prizes within five (5) days, the winner is unable to be identified or verified, or the prizes cannot be delivered to the selected winner. Any alternative winner will be selected applying the same criteria as that used to select the original winner of the Prize Draw.
- The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes (in whole or in part) with (an) alternative prize(s) of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary for it to do so and the winner will be notified of this accordingly.
- Any decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Any imagery or video used in connection with the Prize Draw is for illustrative purposes only and colours and other minor details may vary. Your reliance on any such imagery is excluded.
- All data provided by participants will be treated in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at Curél's Privacy Policy) and will only be used for the purposes of running the Prize Draw and delivering the prize(s).
- The prize is being provided by the Promotional Partner. Personal Data may be passed on to the Promotional Partner for the sole purpose of prize fulfilment and will be treated in line with the Promotional Partner’s Privacy Policy).
- This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform. You hereby release all such social media platforms from any liability in connection with this Prize Draw.
- The Promoter is obliged to make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will share the surname and county of any winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entry, to anyone who contacts consumer.services@kao.com within one month after the Prize Draw Period. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being shared, please contact the Promoter at the above email address. Please note that the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority (or equivalent EU regulator) on request.
- The Promoter and Promotional Partner will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Prize Draw or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- In no event will the Promoter or the Promotional Partner’s total aggregate liability to you exceed the cost of the prize.
- You agree to keep confidential any information which you know or reasonably ought to know is confidential and which relates to the Promoter, the Promotional Partner, their business, the Prize Draw or the prize(s).
- The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to entrants or third parties.
- These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and the Promoter/Promotional Partner in relation to the Prize Draw and the prize. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of the whole or any part of the terms and conditions does not affect the remainder of these terms and conditions, which will remain in full force and effect.
