Curél Unplugged Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter is Kao (UK) Limited, company number 04471658, registered office 21 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2DY.

  2. The Prize Provider is Get Unplugged Limited, company number 12382035, registered office at 63/66 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8LE.

  3. The Promotional Partner is Halpern Limited, company number 03157401, registered office Ground Floor, 17 Gresse Street, London, England, W1T 1QL.

  4. This Prize Draw is open to Individuals over the age of 18 , except for employees of the Promoter or Prize Provider, or anyone else associated with the administration of this Prize Draw.

    The Prize Draw is open from 7pm 30th October 2026 to and including 23:59pm 6th November 2026 (the “Prize Draw Period”).

  5. To enter the Prize Draw, participants must:
    a. Follow Curél’s official Instagram account @curel_japanese_skincare;
    b. Like the Prize Draw post on Curél’s official Instagram account @curel_japanese_skincare;
    c. Tag a friend who they’d bring to the stay in the comments

    There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/Instagram account. Multiple entries or entries that are late, incomplete, or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted.

  6. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.

  7. The Promoter does not take any responsibility for ineligible or incomplete entries (whether due to failure or non-availability of www.instagram.com or any other reason) and any ineligible or incomplete entries will not be considered valid

  8. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  9. There shall be one (1) winner of the Prize Draw who will be selected at random after the Prize Draw Period from all valid entries received.

  10. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter by Instagram direct message from the @curel_japanese_skincare Instagram account within two (2) days of the Prize Draw. The winner must respond to the Promoter within five (5) days of notification to confirm acceptance of their Prize and provide the requested information to the Promoter in order to enable fulfilment and delivery of the prize. All entrants should ensure their Instagram account settings allow them to receive direct messages from the Promoter.

  11. The winner’s details shall be provided by the Promoter to the Promotional Partner who will contact the winner to book the Cabin.

  12. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure the details it provides to the Promoter in connection with the Prize Draw are complete and accurate. The Prize could take up to four (4) weeks to be delivered following acceptance, and it is the winner’s responsibility to sign for any couriered Prize. The Promoter accepts no liability for Prizes lost in transit, misplaced, delayed or otherwise.

  13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify winner(s) and ask for proof of identity, age and address and to withdraw prize entitlement where such information cannot be provided or is unable to be verified.

  14. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner for the Prize Draw in the event that the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these terms, the winner does not claim their Prizes within five (5) days, the winner is unable to be identified or verified, or the Prizes cannot be delivered to the selected winner. Any alternative winner will be selected applying the same criteria as that used to select the original winner of the Prize Draw.

  15. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the Prize description including travel to and from the Cabin and food.

  16. The Prize must be redeemed by 28th February 2027 and is to be booked from 10th November 2026 to 28th February 2027, subject to availability at the time of booking.

  17. Cabins accommodate up to 2 adults (select cabins can accommodate a small child depending on layout).

  18. Cabins have no Wi-Fi and limited mobile reception.

  19. An emergency phone is provided on-site.

  20. Pets: Dogs are welcome.

  21. Booking is subject to the Prize Provider’s Terms and Conditions at https://unplugged.rest/terms/terms_and_conditions.

  22. Children are permitted; however, the cabins are not baby-proofed and feature low-standing wood burners and off-grid facilities. Some cabins are also located in remote areas, which may present accessibility considerations. The winner must make the Promotional Partner aware of any requirements at the point of booking.

  23. It is the winners’ responsibility to book and redeem the Prize directly with the Promotional Partner within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with any deadlines communicated by the Promoter or Prize Provide. Failure to make contact with the Promotional Partner and book the prize within the requirement timeframe may result in the prize being forfeited. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be permitted unless expressly authorised in advance by the Promoter and Prize Provider.

  24. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Where the promotion is run via social media including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok then the promotion is no way affiliated with such social media platforms.

  25. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute for the prize in whole or in part. The prize is non-transferable, for personal use, and not for resale. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize (in whole or in part) with (an) alternative Prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary for it to do so and the winner will be notified of this accordingly.

  26. Any imagery or video used in connection with the Prize Draw is for illustrative purposes only and colours and other minor details may vary. Your reliance on any such imagery is excluded.

  27. All data provided by participants will be treated in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://www.curel.com/en-gb/privacy-policy/ and will only be used for the purposes of running the Prize Draw and delivering the prize(s). The winner’s personal data will also be processed by the Promotional Partner and Prize Provider for the purpose of facilitating the booking and provision of the prize. We encourage you to read their Privacy Policies at https://halpern.co.uk/privacy-policy and https://unplugged.rest/privacy-policy, respectively.

  28. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform. You hereby release all such social media platforms from any liability in connection with this Prize Draw.

  29. The Promoter is obliged to make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will share the surname and county of any winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entry, to anyone who contacts consumer.services@kao.com within one month after the Prize Draw Period. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being shared, please contact the Promoter at the above email address. Please note that the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority (or equivalent EU regulator) on request.

  30. The Promoter, Promotional Partner and Prize Provider will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Prize Draw or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  31. In no event will the Promoter, Promotional Partner nor Prize Providers’ total aggregate liability to you exceed the cost of the prize.

  32. You agree to keep confidential any information which you know or reasonably ought to know is confidential and which relates to the Promoter, their business, the Prize Draw or the Prize.

  33. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to entrants or third parties.

  34. These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and the Promoter in relation to the Prize Draw and the Prize. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of the whole or any part of the terms and conditions does not affect the remainder of these terms and conditions, which will remain in full force and effect. These terms and conditions do not create any right or benefit enforceable by any third party.

  35. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England.
